Yu.À. Kasatkin, I.Ê. Kirichenko, A.P. Korzh, S.V. Troitzsky

Abstract
On basis before the developed approach which is meeting the requirements of a covariance and gauge invariance, the examination of process of electrodisintegration of a scalar composite system in one-photon approximation is carried out in view of its interior structure. The introduction gauge terms in complete amplitude of process not giving of the contribution in observable, allows ensuring precise maintenance of an electromagnetic structural current of a composite system. The examinations of magnitude of the relative contributions in complete amplitude of process from polar and its regular part are carried out.
KEY WORDS: gauge invariance, coupled systems, amplitude, covariant.

TWO-BODY PHOTODISINTEGRATION OF 3Íe AT INTERMEDIATE ENERGIES

V.V. Kotlyar, A.A. Belyaev

Abstract
Solutions of the Faddeev equations for the 3N bound state are used to study the potential dependence of observables for the reaction with linearly polarized photons at energies Eg < 300 MeV. Results of the calculations with the wave func-tions for the Reid soft core, Paris and Bonn potentials are presented. Influence of the P and D states of the 3Íe wave function on the energy and angular distributions of the differential cross section and the beam asymmetry is analyzed taking into account effects of meson exchange currents and spin-orbit electromagnetic interaction with nucleons. Uncertainties due to off-shell effects in one- and two-nucleon photoabsorption are discussed. Results of the calculations are compared with the data obtained in experiments at Frascati, Illinois, IUCF, Mainz, Saclay, Saskatchewan and Kharkov.
KEY WORDS: photonuclear reactions, linearly polarized photons, meson exchange currents, few-body systems.

BASIC CONCEPTS OF TERNARY HOPF ALGEBRAS

A. Borowiec, W.A. Dudek, S.A. Duplij

Abstract
The theory of ternary semigroups, groups and algebras is reformulated in the abstract arrow language. Then using the reversing arrow ansatz we define ternary comultiplication, bialgebras and Hopf algebras and investigate their properties. The main property "to be binary derived" is considered in detail. The co-analog of Post theorem is formulated. It is shown that there exist 3 types of ternary coassociativity, 3 types of ternary counits and 2 types of ternary antipodes. Some examples are also presented.
KEY WORDS: ternary operation, derived operation, skew element, ternary antipod, ternary Hopf algebra.

PHYSICAL PROCESSES OF THE INTERACTION BETWEEN ION FLUXES AND MATERIALS OF ELECTRONIC CHEMOTECHNICS

I.I. Zalubovskiy, N.M. Pelykhaty, N.I. Kovalenko, A.K. Ghnap

Abstract
A model of forming electron-hole transitions has been proposed which takes into account the influence of their electric fields on the profile of the introduced admixture distribution. The process of recrystallisation of regions of thermal peaks also influences the profile of the admixture distribution in comparison with the theoretical one. It has been shown both theoretically and experimentally that the profile of the admixture distribution is not uniform. The results of applying ion alloying in integral circuits production have been given.

INFLUENCE OF PLASMA DENSITY RADIAL NON-UNIFORMITY ON THE AXIAL STRUCTURE OF POTENTIAL SURFACE WAVE SUSTAINED GAS DISCHARGE

N.A. Azarenkov, V.P. Olefir, A.E. Sporov

Abstract
The influence of the external magnetic field value, geometrical parameters of the discharge structure and the radial plasma density profile on the axial structure of gas discharge sustained by the high-frequency travelling surface wave (SW) in the diffusion controlled regime. It was shown that SW phase properties and wave attenuation, and therefore the plasma density axial profile in gas discharges, depend essentially not only on the geometrical parameters of the discharge structure and external magnetic field value, but also on the plasma density radial profile. The investigations have also shown that plasma density radial profile govern essentially the stability region of gas discharge sustained by the non-symmetric SW.

SMALL SCALE ALFVEN WAVES IN THE REGION OF MAXIMUM (MINIMUM) AT THE DENSITY RADIAL PROFILE BETWEEN TWO LOCAL ALFVEN RESONANCES

I.O. Girka, P.P. Rutkevich

Abstract
Eigen electromagnetic oscillations localized in the region where hot plasma density radial profile reaches its maximum (minimum) between two local Alfven resonances are studied. Conditions under which these small scale Alfven waves (AW) can propagate are found: kinetic AW propagate nearby the maximum of plasma density profile, inertial AW do it in the vicinity of minimum of the profile. Eigen modes occur to be written via the Hermite Polynomials. Eigen frequencies are derived analytically. Eigen frequencies of kinetic AW are higher then those of inetial AW.
KEY WORDS: local Alfven resonance, eigen modes, eigen frequencies, plasma density radial profile, Hermite Polynomials.

THE DYNAMICS OF WAVE SPECTRUM IN DISSIPATIVE BEAM-PLASMA SYSTEMS

D.A. Andronov, V.I. Tkachenko

Abstract
The nonlinear interaction of a monoenergetic thin electron beam with dissipative homogeneous boundless plasma under condition of a broad wave spectrum excitation is considered. Dynamics of a wave packet spectrum in such medium is numerically studied. The analysis of development instability dynamics dependence on a dissipation level in a system is performed. It's shown that on an initial interaction stage the mode spectrum structure of active oscillations, i.e. excitation of harmonics, multiple resonant is observed. The further interaction of a beam with plasma results in a wave generation over all considered spectrum area. The autocorrelation function demonstrates the tendency to stochastic.

SCATTERING OF LIGHT BY TERMOELASTIC WAVES IN CRYSTAL

V.D. Khodusov

Abstract
Is considered scattering Mandelstam-Brilluoin from the termoelastic waves in dielectric crystal, which are connected waves phonon and waves of the second sound in low temperature region. The found intensity of scattering light in doublet depends from elasticoptic coefficient and it appear greater than intensity of scattering light on waves of the second sound without the account of connection. This facilitates an opportunity of experimental detection of waves of the second sound.

A.V. Dudnik, T.V. Malykhina

Abstract
The results of the GEANT4.2 simulation of nuclear physics processes of high energy particles passing through satellite's spectrometer STEP-F are presented. The values of deposited energies and stopping ranges of primary electrons, protons, and alpha-particles in the detectors were calculated. The most probable deposited energies are found for fixed energies of primary particles. The conclusion on dynamic amplitude range of pulses from each detector is made. The simulation of secondary particle generation in detectors of the telescope STEP-F was carried out. The relative contribution and power spectra of secondary particles were simulated. The results of simulation will be used under development of blocks of analogue and digital signal processing of the STEP-F satellite spectrometer-telescope. The C++ language and work under the control of an operating system RedHat LINUX 6.2 design the programs.

I.N. Kudryavtsev

Abstract
Theoretical model of the phonon spectrum without dispersion, accounting the complete set of acoustic translational and optical translational and orientational modes for description the thermodynamic properties of phonon subsystem of the molecular crystalline nitrogen is proposed. On the basis of experimental values of resonant phonon frequencies, obtained by the methods of neutron and Raman spectroscopy, the phonon density of states, heat capacity and other thermodynamic functions are calculated without using fitting parameters. Numerical calculations of phonon heat capacity fulfilled agree with the experimental data outside of the critical regions. The comparative analysis of contributions to the heat capacity for the acoustic and optical vibrations is accomplished. The heat capacity jump is separated unambiguously in the region of the a-b structural transition.
