DIFFRACTION THEORY OF ELASTIC DEUTERON SCATTERING ON HEAVY NUCLEI

V.Yu. Korda

Abstract
The conventional optical model describes well enough all the features of the differential cross sections of the elastic scattering of light nuclei by nuclei at intermediate energies, but it needs six fitting parameters and does not account for the inner structure of the composite particles scattered. The diffraction model, being the alternative approach, has only three optimized parameters and considers the internal structure of projectiles in closed-form. The diffraction theory of the elastic deuteron-nucleus scattering, which is applicable in the wide range of the scattering angles, is built on the basis of general theory of diffraction interaction. The results of calculations are compared to the experimental data.

LOCAL RADIATION-ACOUSTIC EFFECT AS A FACTOR OF BIOLOGICAL ACTION OF IONIZING RADIATION

V.V. Tovstiak, A.I. Kalinichenko

Abstract
Local radiation-acoustic action of ionizing radiation on bioobjects on a subcellular level is theoretically investigated. It was shown that formation of small overheated domains - "microburns" - near of stop-point of secondary electrons causes generation of micro-spherical thermoelastic pulses having initial value of 1 - 10 kilobars and initial duration a few picoseconds. The efficiency of microburn energy transformation into thermoacoustic pulse energy is of 0.1 to 10 per cents that is comparable with the one of radiation-chemical processes. Dimensions of microburns and thermoelastic pulses are comparable with characteristic dimensions of biological membranes and other subcellular structures of bioobjects. Size of a zone of biological action of the local radiation-acoustic mechanism around of the microburn, where bioobject characteristics are changed, is determined with account of dissipative processes. It was shown that radius of the zone of biological action depends on bioobject temperature.

ROLE OF AMBIPOLAR ELECTRICAL FIELD IN PROCESS OF CONTROLLABLE STOCHASTIC TRANSPORT OF IONS AT PLASMA OF FUSION REACTOR

E.I. Polunovskij, A.A. Shishkin, O. Motojima

Abstract
In the present paper the findings on motion of "cold" a-particles, electrons and ions of basic plasma of fusion reactor are provided. Influence of the ambipolar electrical field, which takes place in plasma, on transport of the particles through the stochastic layer induced by external magnetic perturbations is considered. It is shown that the ambipolar electrical field with energy ej ~ Òe promote confinement of ions of basic plasma in case År < 0 and not affect on confinement of ions of basic plasma in case År > 0.

FAST PLASMA-CHEMICAL ETCHING OF SILICON IN LOW-ENERGY PLASMA TECHNOLOGY SET-UPS OF "KONTUR" SERIES AND "TITAN"

V.A. Lisovskiy, V.I. Farenik

Abstract
In this paper the optimal conditions for high rate plasma etching of silicon in RF discharge in SF6 have been determined. Maximal rate of silicon etching is observed in the pressure range between minimum and inflection point of RF breakdown curve. An approximation formula was obtained which permits to determine optimal pressure for silicon etching in wide range of interelectrode gaps.

INFLUENCE OF A TRANSITIVE LAYER ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF GAS SENSITIVE COVERINGS

A.G. Chunadra, A.F. Tseluyko, A.A. Miroshnik

Abstract
The work is devoted to study of influence of a transitive layer of contact platforms on the characteristics of resistive gas gauges of adsorption-semi-conductor type on a basis of indium-tin oxides with resistance depended on pressure, received by the method of magnetron sputtering. It is shown, that the character of change of resistance of the gauge is determined by a ratio of resistance of gas sensitive covering and transitive layer of a contact platform. The optimum type of the gas gauge with the maximal gas sensitivity is determined.

THE FORMATION OF DIAMOND-LIKE FILMS IN PLASMA-BEAM DISCHARGE

D.V. Zinoviev, N.N. Yunakov

Abstract
In work is investigated the vapor deposition diamond-like films in the plasma-beam discharge on the base of reflective arc discharge with hot cathode. The possibility of films generate with a deposition velocity up to 0.6 microns/h on the surface more than 300 cm2 at the substrates temperature above 80°C and general total power consumption of the device up to 1 kW is shown. The optimum deposition conditions are determined.

DIELECTRIC MICROWAVE SPECTRA OF HYDROCARBONS SERIES WITH NORMAL CHAINS

A.A. Asheko, V.G. Gordiyenko, O.I. Ivanova

Abstract
The temperature dependencies of real e' and imaginary e'' part of complex dielectric permittivity are studied for the series of normal hydrocarbon from n-pentane to n-tetradekane at the frequencies 9.5; 31.1 and 48.9 GHz in the temperature range 213…333 Ê. The relaxation band of attenuation of electromagnetic energy in studied liquids is found. The dielectric relaxation times are calculated. It is shown that there is one dispersion region in investigation range of frequencies. The dependence of relaxation time on number of carbon atoms in homological series of hydrocarbons with normal chain is analyzed.
KEY WORDS: hydrocarbon, dielectric spectroscopy, complex dielectric permittivity, dipole relaxation, relaxation time.

V.P. Demutskiy, S.S. Zub, V.M. Rashkovan

Abstract
New mathematical model of magnetic system which are consists of the superconductive coils and permanent magnets was build. The model used a modified type of Lagrangian formalism. Strictly analytically proof of the static stable equilibrium of the magnetic bodies which are interacted solely by the magnetic forces is demonstrated. It is shown that MagLev in the model is an existence of the static stable equilibrium of the magnetic system.

Abstract
This paper deals with optimization ability of process of tungsten carbide synthesis from its oxides in vacuum. For this purpose mass-spectrometric investigation of gas media of reactionary vessel during all stages of synthesis carried out. Behaviors of gas components that takes part in the synthesis reaction is described. On the base of investigations carried out the conclusion performs that to be able to certify and operationally to control parameters of this process by means of mass-spectrometry of gas media.

A.A. Bizyukov, Vl.V. Bobkov, I.K. Tarasov

Abstract
In this paper the results of studying of drift oscillation influence on near-anode EH-layer structure in Hall systems are presented. It is shown that interaction between oscillations and drift electron flow is accompanied by synchronization phenomenon, and the "plateau" deformation on the transverse profile of drift velocity is possible to appear. Theoretical estimations are compared with experimental results.

NONLINEAR DISTRIBUTIONS OF ONE-COMPONENT ORDER PARAMETER

Yu.V. Sereda, S.V. Berezovsky

Abstract
The nonlinear variational equation has been studied for the systems, which can be described by one-component order parameter j(x) and possess the spatial-inhomogeneous states. The algorhytm is outworked, which allow to reduce the search for exact distributions of j(x) to the study of the set of first order differential equations in the form (j')2 = S anj2n with the rational n . The nonanalytical dependencies for j2(j) were obtained, which suggested to be correspondent to the point of phase transition between the states with zero and non-zero space average of order parameter.
