Full Text :   (560 kB, Rus.)

Abstract
A generalization of the phenomenological S-matrix model taking into account individualized Regge poles has been proposed to describe simultaneously the refraction effects in the cross sections of elastic scattering and quasielastic charge-exchange reactions of light ions on nuclei. The cross sections of elastic 3He scattering and quasielastic (3He,3H) reaction with excitation of isobaric analogs of the target-nucleus ground states on 14Ñ nuclei at 72 MeV and on 13Ñ nuclei at 72 and 39,6 MeV has been analyzed. It has been shown that th model proposed allows satisfactory description of the cases of elastic scattering and charge-exchange reactions under consideration, reproducing correctly the refraction Airy-structures and anomalous large-angle scattering effect.

UNITARY AND NON-UNITARY STATES IN A SUPERPOSITION OF SINGLET AND TRIPLET PAIRING IN A SUPERFLUID TWO-COMPONENT FERMI LIQUID

S. Shulga, A. Yatsenko

Full Text :   (310 kB, Rus.)

Abstract
By the example of a symmetrical nuclear matter, a possibility of a simultaneous co-existence of Cooper pairs with singlet and triplet pairing in a two-component Fermi liquid is considered. It is supposed that the common spin of pairs is equal to zero and the common isospin is equal to one. With using the Fermi liquid approach and the Skyrme's model of interaction, the self-consistent equations for the order parameter and their one and two-gap solutions are obtained. The Skyrme forces at which considered states are possible are listed and conditions to density of the system are indicated. The solutions for the case of unitary states are considered separately.

Abstract
The translations in momentum and charging spaces allows to take into account in amplitude of elastic electron scattering on the deuteron in one-photon approach contributions meson currents. The received amplitude in the balanced image takes into account contributions, that one-particles - nucleonic mechanisms, and multiparticles - due to a derivative from vertex function of strong interaction. The effective account mesonic sector defines the top border of size of his contribution in elastic form factors of deuteron, which is possible at the direct account mesonic current with attraction of Feynman diagrams.

P.O. Mchedlov-Petrossyan, G.A. Khomenko, D. Kopiychenko

Full Text :   (380 kB, Rus.)

Abstract
The dynamics of concentration changing in well-mixed systems with two consecutive heterogeneous reactions on the surface of monodisperse aerosol particles is analyzed in case of mass transfer limitation. Self-consistent set of equations was obtained. All possible variants of concentration changing were classified. Initial concentrations and mass transfer coefficients which lead to these variants were defined. It is shown that number of possible switches increases from one as in case of one binary reaction to two due to reaction consecutiveness. Analytical solution for the case of double switch was obtained.

L.S. Rozumenko, V.I. Tkachenko

Full Text :   (390 kB, Rus.)

Abstract
In this work the conditions of appearance and development of shift Kelvin - Helmholtz instability on a boundary of two viscous streams with different properties and different rates of movement are investigated. It's shown, that the account of viscosity influences on a value of a critical velocity (exceeding what causes the development of instability) and results in appearance of dissipative instability. The character of open instability in conditions of three-waves interaction has been investigated and it has been established, that the instability is of an explosive character.

THE INFLUENCE OF NONEQUILIBRIUM FLUCTUATIONS ON PLASTIC DEFORMATION OF METALS UNDER IRRADIATION

V.I. Dubinko, V.F. Klepikov

Full Text :   (290 kB, Rus.)

Abstract
New mechanism is proposed for the enhancement of plasticity of metals under irradiation. The mechanism is based on the nonequilibrium fluctuations of energy states of the dislocation atoms due to scattering of radiation-induced excitations of atomic or electronic structure of metals. Scattering of radiation-induced focusing collisions at dislocation is argued to assist the dislocation in overcoming local obstacles. As a result, the plastic strain rate increases by the value, which does not depend on temperature and is proportional to irradiation flux. The proposed mechanism enhances the plasticity of metals under sub-threshold irradiation. Under over-threshold irradiation, the plasticity increase is usually shadowed by the radiation- induced hardening due to radiation-induced formation of additional defects, which increase the level of internal stresse

Full Text :   (1140 kB, Rus.)

Abstract
By using Conversion Electron Mossbauer Spectroscopy on Fe57 atoms in back scattering registration geometry the investigation of structure and phase composition of intermetallides in subsurface layers (0.3 μm thickness) of alloy Zr-Fe57 on the zirconium base at the initial and annealed state is carried out. On the base of our experimental and literature data the 3D- diagram of Ñ - δ - Δ (concentration - isomer shift - quadrupole splitting) is formed. At the initial state the composition heterogeneity of intermetallic inclusions phase is discovered. The nanocrystalline particles mobility of the ferrous containing intermetallic inclusions in temperature gradient direction to alloy surface under isochronous thermal aging at temperature range 570-1070K is investigated. At the condition of Fe atoms high mobility the final formation of Zr3Fe crystalline phase is occurred under isochronous aging at 370-970Ê.

Full Text :   (340 kB, Rus.)

Abstract
The processes of void formation at a low temperature deposition in the niobium films are studied by the method of molecular dynamics. It is shown, that the vacancies situated in films not chaotic. They are forming the vacancies clusters, which are situated under micro cracks on the films surface. The change of cluster size distribution under the time is studied. It is shown, that the increase of the deposition time leads to the increasing of cluster size. The change of the vacancy concentration in the films thick is investigated.

ION-CYCLOTRON INSTABILITIES OF MAGNETIC-FIELD-ALIGNED PLASMA FLOW WITH TRANSVERSE VELOSITY SHEAR

V.S. Mikhailenko, D.V. Chibisov

Full Text :   (230 kB, Rus.)

Abstract
The ion cyclotron instabilities in magnetic-field-aligned plasma flow with transverse velocity shear are investigated. The instabilities are caused by the transverse to magnetic field velocity shear. When the velocity shear exceeds threshold value the hydrodynamic ion cyclotron instability develops in plasma. Below that given threshold two branches of the kinetic ion cyclotron instability in plasma are possible. One of them is a modification of the ion cyclotron instability of plasma with parallel current. The cause of the second instability branch is a transverse to magnetic field velocity shear. That instability excites even in the currentless magnetic-field-aligned shear flow. The energy density in the saturation state of the ion cyclotron instabilities is obtained.

Distribution function for base product is introduced and the equation for this function is written. There is the analogy of kinetic equation in physics. The engineering-production and generative functions are defined. The equations for disturbance state of closed system of the state equations for macroscopic parameters of produced system are received. The stability conditions of function of produced system are written. Abstract
The self-consistent problem of an electric-spark discharge evolution into the water-filled well have been numerically solved. There are carried out and well grounded a set of equations which describes the basic physical phenomena in this system. Their solutions allowed to define a steam-gas cavity dynamics and the parameters of an excited acoustic pulse into a liquid. It is found that a steam-gas cavity dynamics in a system with a cylindrical geometry and the excited pulse parameters diverged considerable at an identical energy characteristics from such parameters that have be realized at an electric spark generator operation in infinite matter. The control ways of an emitted pulse pressure amplitude have been indicated.
